Hydrogen oxygen machine is through electrolysis of water, hydrogen
and oxygen extraction from water energy equipment, hydrogen as a
fuel, oxygen for combustion, can replace acetylene, gas, liquefied
gas and other carbon-containing gases, with safety, high
efficiency, environmental protection, energy saving features.
Electrolytic power supply will ac (380V or 220V) rectifier into
direct current, applied to both ends of the electrolytic cell,

Comparison of cutting effect between hydrogen and propane
Acetylene and coke oven gasThe flame temperature of hydrogen is
about 2800℃, propane (2700℃) and acetylene (3300℃). The high flame
temperature of hydrogen can ensure the oxidation reaction
temperature and fast cutting speed of billet at cutting point. In
the actual cutting process, the cutting speed of hydrogen gas is
more than 30% higher than that of coke oven gas, and stepless speed
regulation can be realized. And more importantly, the hydrogen
flame is straight. By observing and analyzing the cutting sections
of several kinds of gas, it can be found that the cutting sections
are smooth and smooth without concave and convex when hydrogen is
used. The surface is basically free of slag, which saves cleaning
and post-processing time, and ensures that the cut materials are
not carbon.
